Services

First of all, it's about making the client happy and not the chef's ego. I have always prided myself in sticking to this rule. Some clients know exactly what they want, some are open to suggestions. It is my job to find out what they like and dislike. How spicy? How salty? What textures? Family style or plated service? No gluten or red meat? This is all part of the conversation we will have before I step foot in your kitchen.

Private Chef and Personal Chef

What is the difference?

 

A Private Chef works with one client only as part of the household staff, and can be part-time or full-time.  Duties may include shopping, cooking and cleaning up, maintaining the pantry and refrigerator. If desired, meals can be prepared ahead of time for the days when the chef is not there. 

​

A Personal Chef prepares meals for multiple clients either in the client's kitchen or off-site.
